- Tuesday, Thursday, Friday: 10:00 am – 2:30 pm
- Saturday: 2:00 pm – 6:00 pm
All group trainings can be joined live online. All are recorded and available for replay, so you can learn with our community of participants on your own schedule.
- Monday Overflow (In) Christ Love Practices — group live
- Wednesday: Participate (In) Christ live group practice, 12:00–1:00 pm ET
- Friday: Carried (In) Christ live practice, 10:00–11:00 am ET
- Monthly Saturday Retreats — third Saturday of each month, 10:00 am – 2:00 pm, $125.00 pay-as-you-go
The Monday, Wednesday, and Friday practices are included in the Monthly Live Class Pass ($100.00/month).
